1. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to seat availability. Tickets can be booked up to 30 days in advance. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory while traveling.

2. Payment

All online payments are processed through 3D Secure payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations can be made online. Refund percentage depends on time before departure: 24+ hours (90%), 12-24 hours (50%), less than 12 hours (no refund). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Modification

You can modify your travel date via Manage Booking. A coupon for the full amount (valid for 5 hours) will be issued for rebooking. Price differences are non-refundable.

5. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage up to 15 kg. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must not carry alcohol, illegal substances, or hazardous materials. Smoking is prohibited on all buses. The company reserves the right to deny boarding to disruptive passengers.

7. Liability

BAJPAI TRAVELS AND BT GROUP is not liable for delays caused by road conditions, weather, traffic, or other force majeure events. We strive to maintain schedules but cannot guarantee exact timings.

8. M-Ticket

The M-Ticket received via SMS after booking is as authentic as a printed ticket. Present it along with a valid ID to board the bus.
