  • The company is not responsible for delays due to road conditions or weather.
  • Children above 5 years require a full ticket.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations can be done online via the Manage Booking page.
  • Refund amount depends on time of cancellation before departure.
  • 24+ hours before departure: 90% refund.
  • 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund.
  • Partial cancellations are allowed for group bookings.
